Lens is awesome. Everything I expected. However Amazon’s packaging left much to be desired. This expensive lens came in a cardboard box with one inflated air pillow. What you would expect if you were buying a hardcover book — not a precision piece of glass. Fortunately, it was undamaged upon arrival. However, if the price is close I’d buy from one of the photo store vendors that Amazon features just to get decent packaging.

what can you say about a book that delivers time after time. i get something very different from it now than when i was sixteen. it still matters, for a new set of reasons, and that’s what makes it great.

Great buy! It works wonderfully. Cleans very well, however, for some really stubborn stains pretreatment and a little elbow grease is required. Overall perfect for what you pay. I haven’t had any clogging problems at all since I do clean it out completely and I have owned it for three months now. There is a slight leak issue for some reason but I find it’s only when you switch from using the hose to the main body. But it’s not that big of an issue for me nothing’s perfect.
